It's 1997 and Kim Hyung Joon owns a small cosmetics company with a couple of friends, but the difficult economy complicates the new business and he becomes heavily indebted. With loan sharks after him, Hyung Joon decides that the only way to save the company is by launching their latest product, an innovative foundation cream. To insure its success, they decide to sponsor a contestant for the beauty pageant 'Miss Korea', hoping that she'll win and that will help promote the product at large. For that, they need to find a beautiful woman willing to go into the pageant with newcomers like them, so Hyung Joon turns to Oh Ji Young, his high school sweet heart who he broke up 10 years before, and not in the best of terms at that. Ji Young isn't very happy to see him again, but her own dissatisfaction with her job and her life make her reconsider.

精彩评论
第一集有点平淡，但胜在直切主题，李妍熙的颜深得我心
虽然我是带着对女主的爱来追的，男主每集10次歪嘴苦笑让我已经按捺不住打他的冲动了。这是我看过的韩剧中男女主之间的爱情最膈应人的。
剧编的不错，每个人物形象都很立体，整体拍得都很有感觉。但李善均的气质太文艺，演精英或艺术家很好，演这种不得志的小人物根本不适合。况且不管是形象还是气质大叔跟李妍熙都很不搭，看得人好难受，真是可惜了
沇熹姐姐 虽然你很美 我还是忍不住弃了
大熊真的很美腻！！这剧其实真心不错，不管是剧本、摄像，还是各种配角到位演出，要不是碰上星星此等大火剧，收视上个档期第一绝对没问题。
